Diagnostic & Forensic Inspections
Partial inspections to diagnose specific problems are also available. Perhaps your roof has begun to leak and you don't know if you need an entire new roof or just a patch; or perhaps your basement floor is suddenly wet and you can't find where the water is coming from or don't know how to stop it; or perhaps you've hired a contractor to construct an addition and his work seems questionable, so you'd like the work evaluated before you release the contractor's next draw.
We can investigate any of these areas and more. We will let you know the source of the problem as well as recommend a course of remedial action for you to follow. The fee for this service is at our hourly rate of $175 per hour plus travel if outside our normal service area.
This special inspection service has become one of our most requested services outside of our basic home inspection.
