Scott has owned and operated a full service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. Since 1995 he has inspected over 7,500 single family homes; 1200 EIFS clad homes and buildings and hundreds of commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. Scott offers litigation support on legal matters involving residential construction issues, home inspections and light commercial issues. He also performs numerous progress/phase/draw inspections for commercial and residential projects; along with this he also performs asset/lease verifications for various lending institutions. Scott is an approved continuing education instructor in TN and teaches classes every year to inspectors in TN and other locations on various home inspection topics.
